Little Heirloom – Return & Refund Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are made to order. Because we carefully personalise each item, please allow 3‑5 business days for us to prepare your keepsake.

  • Once your order is ready, we’ll send a shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when packing your personalised items, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@littleheirloom.ie and include photos; we’ll discuss how to make it right (replacement or refund).

Custom / Personalised Items
Because every mug or coaster is personalised with your child’s unique artwork or handwriting, we do not accept returnsfor a change of mind.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet entered production, we’ll be happy to cancel and refund. Once printing has started, however, we may not be able to cancel.

Tracking & Delivery
Where possible, we provide tracking information. You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a solution.

Policy Updates
We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here. We recommend checking this page before placing an order during peak season or promotional periods.
